We did it!
On Friday 10th of May, the Grace Overseas team got suited and booted to attend the North West Family Business Awards and were thrilled to take home the trophy in the Haulage, Logistics and Transport category, beating fierce competition from our fellow finalists, Seaways Services and Trinity Logistics.
This prestigious award recognises the indispensable role played by family-owned businesses in keeping the North West in motion and one we are over the moon to have received.
The ceremony, which took place at Bolton Football Stadium, was preceded by a drink reception, a welcome from hosts, Sue Howorth and Dave Clarkson and a fabulous 3-course dinner. After the winners were announced by renowned food and drink broadcaster, Nigel Barden, the team celebrated the night away with entertainment until 1am.

In addition to our fantastic win, Grace Overseas were finalists in a further three awards that evening, the Community Impact Award, the Leadership Excellence Award for Sarah and Employee of the Year Award for Office and Regulations Manager, Mandy.
